What should I do to keep my plants looking as good as when they arrived?
Every plant includes a plant care card, so you will have helpful advice at your fingertips as soon as you unbox your plant. If you want to know more you can always email us at email@example.com and one of our team members would be happy to help.
Will my plants look the same as they look in the website photos?
Although we do our best to show representative photos on the product pages, live plants are subject to seasonal changes; product may not be exactly as shown due to time of shipping and/or natural variations in plant appearance throughout the year.
Will your products change over time?
We are following trends and searching for new and exciting plants that bring you extraordinary enjoyment and value. If you have specific plants that you are looking for and we don’t currently have it listed, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love to hear from you!
What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product and order number to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not return product. Reach out to us and we'll walk you through the steps.
